1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms and conditions control how you can access, listen to, read, and/or (re)use reADs content/materials.

You automatically and unconditionally accept these conditions when you access reADs. 

We suggest that you thoroughly read YouTube's privacy and cookie policies. 

2. VIEWERS AND READS

Due to COPPA regulations, users under the age of 13 should exercise extreme caution, particularly in private conversations with other users, and should not publicly reveal their age. Discord reserves the right to terminate any account at any time if sufficient proof of age is provided.

The reADs content is accessible to everyone but may contain material that is not suitable for some viewers. If you allow (yourself as) a viewer under the age of 18, or a more sensitive audience, to view, listen to, or read the content, you are solely responsible for determining whether this content is appropriate for you or the people, and reADs assumes no responsibility for any offense caused by people viewing the content. 

Where applicable and necessary, reADs will offer the proper warnings under the video, before the videos, or before the post, and we ask that you follow these warnings. reADs further encourages that users who find the content on the platforms offensive should either avoid viewing it or stop visiting the content. VIEWERS' DISCRETION IS STRONGLY ADVISED.

3. ABOUT COPYRIGHT

All materials on the platforms, including but not limited to text, video, data, audio clips, designs, logos, illustrations, and still images, are protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights, and may not be used for any purpose other than educational, informational, and non-commercial viewing. These are the property of third parties (e.g. right-holders or other users). The reADs design (logo, artwork, or any other parts in the videos that are not owned by third parties) are, nonetheless, the property of reADs.

reADs makes no claim to ownership of any of the content on its website. All reADs contents that belong to the copyright owner/s are accredited; some are on this website solely for evaluation purposes; and reADs makes no profit or monetization from them. However, if you are a legitimate copyright holder and wish to have any of the material removed, please contact us immediately.

If one wishes to use the materials for any other purpose, such as for commercial gain, special written permission from the original copyright holder/s is required.

As a result, except as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions, you may not 

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose without written permission
• or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

The copyright holders reserve the right to revoke permission for the (re)use of their online services and/or content at any time.

4. CODES OF CONDUCT

reADs mostly does not perform any preliminary control over comments posted online by the User; the user that is author of those comments is accountable for its content and, as a result, for anything that it decides to post online within the comment section. reADs will not be held accountable under any circumstances for comments placed online by a User who does not have the required permissions to post such content online.

reADs think that all social media users deserve to be treated with respect, to have the ability to protect themselves, and to have access to or be an unbiased source of information. It is critical to report any behavior that makes you feel intimidated or abusive.

Platforms for reADs exchange information about reADs content and services. We appreciate your feedback, likes, shares, and postings.

We carefully monitor comments on reAD's social media accounts to ensure that the above terms are followed. As a result, we reserve the right to remove posts, graphics, comments, videos, photographs, or any other content, as well as mute, block, or report people, in accordance with the guidelines outlined below:

• Rude and vulgar language; illegible communications;
• Personal insults exchanged between speakers;
• Speculations or revelations concerning the speaker's identity;
• Messages that are unconnected to the forum (messages that are off-topic, incomprehensible, or unarguable);
• Messages in languages other than English;
• Classified ads, messages for the purposes of surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or other similar operations, chain letters, junk mail, unsolicited advertisements or promotional materials, adverts, and connections to other sites (referred to as spam);
• Messages from labor unions or political parties; 
• Physical descriptions
• Telephone numbers and postal or electronic addresses, in order to avoid further harassment;
• Messages inciting or facilitating computer piracy (incitement to hacking, entry into an automated data processing system, distribution of pirated software or applications intended for fraudulent software use);
• Messages repetitively similar overwhelm the comment section (referred to as spam)
• Content/Comment that sexualizes minors, notably pornographic, sexually suggestive, or violent depictions of children, including drawn or digitally altered pornography depicting children and engaging in grooming behaviors, is not permitted on all of our platforms.

If a contribution/comment meets the above criteria, reADs may decline, hide or delete it without explanation.

While we would prefer not to, reADs has the right to block individuals/accounts that upload content that falls within the categories listed above.
